Order Processing & Timelines
All structural trailer orders are organized and dispatched from our primary operations facility in San Antonio, Texas. Processing execution runs strictly within regular operational business hours: Monday through Friday.
Orders are reviewed and cleared within 1 to 2 business days after payment verification handles drop cleanly. Orders locked in on weekends or national public holidays will automatically jump to processing status on the subsequent business business day.
Vital Delivery Day Protocol
All trailers are shipped out using highly qualified commercial freight or dedicated vehicle transportation haulers. Before signing off and accepting the final drop-off, please run through this essential workflow:
- Walk around and thoroughly inspect the trailer frames for visible transit scratches or dents.
- If any logistical damage is observed, explicitly note the specific issues directly onto the carrier's paper delivery receipt.
- Take high-quality photos immediately and drop a line to our support desk right away so we can log the insurance claim.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
While we partner with top-tier logistical networks, transit schedules can occasionally face delays out on the open road due to severe weather fronts, highway blockages, or internal carrier scheduling adjustments. If your trailer gets delayed, our desk will actively coordinate updates for you.
In the rare event of a transit loss or arrival defect, drop us a request containing:
- Your core invoice or order verification number.
- Clear wide-angle photos of the complete trailer assembly.
- Close-up shots detailing the specific shipping damage areas.
